ArcelorMittal Confirms It Will Sell Romanian Steel Mill; EC Expected To Make Final Decision Until May 23

ArcelorMittal Group, which owns in Romania the steel mill in Galati (the former Sidex), the largest exporter in the heavy industry, confirms it will sell its Romanian unit to be able to buy Italy’s Ilva, the largest steel plant in Europe.
