Roads Authority To Spend EUR9M To Extend System Issuing Road Toll Stickers

Romania’s roads and highways company (CNADNR) will spend 39.23 million lei (about EUR8.9 million), VAT excluded, on extending nationwide the IT system that issues road toll stickers, which may also be bought through text messages.
