CFR To Get State Loan For Paying Debts To Energy Suppliers

Romania's Government will give national railway administrator CFR a loan to pay its arrears to the private energy suppliers and will issue an ordinance whereby CFR will pay only the principal on its debt to state-owned supplier Electrica, but in several tranches and with no penalties.
