Ford Could Be Fined EUR14M For Breaching Romanian Plant Output Commitments

Talks between Ford Motor Company and the Romanian Finance Ministry are nearing conclusion on an update of the privatization contract sealed in September 2007, but the carmaker risks a state aid cut and a EUR14 million fine for producing only 7,547 cars instead of the promised quarter of a million.
