Metrorex Gets Bids From CAF, Bombardier For New Train Acquisition Plans

Romania’s state-owned Bucharest subway company Metrorex has received bids from Spain’s Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles (CAF) and Canada’s Bombardier for the procurement of 16 new subway trains which the operator wants to buy for an estimated EUR107.2 million.
