Romaero Plans To Take EUR3.5M Loan

Romanian aircraft repairs and maintenance company Romaero Bucuresti (RORX.RO) plans to borrow 15 million lei (EUR3.5 million) to finance current operations and refinance loans taken between 2007 and 2009 from Banca Transilvania (TLV.RO), the company said Wednesday in a note sent to the Bucharest bourse.
