Romanian Car Market Sees Sharpest Decline In CEE In October, Of 17.5%

New car registrations in Romania fell 17.5% on the year to 5,600 units in October, the sharpest decline in Central and Eastern Europe and in EU, excepting Cyprus, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA) said Tuesday.
