TMD Friction Buys Land To Expand Production In Caransebes

German-held TMD Friction, which arrived in Romania with a brake systems plant in Caransebes less than a decade ago, intends to expand operations in the city so it bought three plots of land totaling 25,000 square meters from the city hall a few months ago. TMD paid several million euros for the land, according to ZF estimates.
