Umbrarescu Gets One Tenth Of Development Ministry Funds For County And Local Roads

Spedition UMB and Tehnostrade, two construction companies controlled by Dorinel Umbrarescu, a low-profile entrepreneur, have so far won one tenth of the EUR2.6 billion that the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism has earmarked for county and local roads.
