Bayfront Will Pool Investors To Finance Cupru Min Acquisition

Canadian Bayfront Capital Partners, sole shareholder of Roman Copper, will call on investors from Canada, Europe and the US to pay for the purchase of Romanian copper mining firm Cupru Min, along with its debts, according to the Economy Ministry.
