Blidar Terminates Contracts With Small Suppliers Due To VAT Changes

Businessman Valer Blidar, who owns the Astra Vagoane Calatori passenger rolling stock plant in Arad, said he has decided to terminate 400 contracts with small firms, with which he has worked for rolling stock production, because of the recently introduced measure of paying VAT upon cashing a bill.
