Brise Group Acquires Control Of Grain Transport Company

Businessman Marius Bucur, who owns Brise Group, one of leading players in the local agribusiness sector, has acquired control of Constanta-based Granex. Bucur already had 49% in that company and bought a further 2% from Alexandru Gutu.
