Businessman Dragos Anastasiu Sells Travel Brands To Firm Held By German Tour Operator DerTour

Romanian businessman Dragos Anastasiu has sold the travel agency chain Travel Brands, a brand founded at the end of 2018, to Exim Holding, part of DerTour (REWE Group), according to data from Romania’s antitrust watchdog. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
