Colliers: Co-Working Companies Leased Record Surface Areas In Bucharest In 1H/2018

Co-working companies have leased record surface areas, of 16,800 square meters, in capital city Bucharest, in the first half of 2018, and the demand on this segment already is twice biggest than for the whole 2017, with Mindspace (12,000 sqm) and Spaces (3,000 sqm) being the most active firms, as per a survey by real estate consulting firm Colliers.
