Competition Council Looks Into Cemacon Takeover By Dedeman

Romania’s Competition Council on Wednesday said it is looking into the transaction whereby PIF Industrial SRL together with Dedeman SRL acquire companies Cemacon SA and Cemacon Real Estate SRL. PIF Industrial S.R.L and Dedeman S.R.L are part of the same group of companies.
