Romania’s Competition Council is looking into the takeover of local natural gas trader Covi Construct 2000 SRL, from current shareholders Forsalos Holdings Limited, Elena Raluca Patrascu and Mircea Sandulescu, by Cyprus-based Ligatne Limited, indirectly controlled by Czech businessman Jiri Smejc.
