Danish BPI Buys Four Companies Of Romania's Macromex Group

The Macromex group, the largest local frozen product distributor controlled by Romanian entrepreneur Dan Minulescu, has sold four of its companies to Denmark-based BPI and Westcon, according to data published in the Official Gazette.
