Dedeman Becomes Largest Shareholder Of Cemacon After Buying 13 Million Shares

Do-it-yourself retailer Dedeman has bought 13.4 million shares of brick manufacturer Cemacon Zalau, in a single deal, reaching a stake of 40.8% and becoming the latter’s biggest shareholder, according to ZF calculations based on the latest Bucharest Stock Exchange data.
