Dutch Van Oord Hires 400 People To Extend Constanta Harbor Dam

Dutch-held company Van Oord, specialized in marine constructions, hired 400 workers, mostly Romanians, to add one kilometer to the dam of Constanta harbor, a contract it won last year and that is worth some EUR100 million.
