CEZ Increases Romanian Electricity Distribution Company Capital By EUR130M

Czech-held utilities group CEZ operated the highest capital increase in October, injecting about EUR130 million into CEZ Distributie, the heart of the group in Romania, which serves 1.4 million consumers in Oltenia (south of the country).
