The most powerful investor in wind power in Romania, Czech-held CEZ energy group, says the people who built the Fantanele-Cogealac project in Dobruja, the largest onshore wind farm in Europe, are now being sent to Germany to develop the group’s operations on the largest wind power market in Europe.
