Court Rejects Energy Holding’s Appeal Against Termination Of Contract With Hidroelectrica

The Bucharest Court of Appeals rejected the appeal filed by energy trader Energy Holding against the termination of the energy contract concluded with state-owned power producer Hidroelectrica, and the decision is final, the power producer said in a statement Friday.
