Czech utilities company CEZ, which entered Romania in 2005 when it bought Electrica Oltenia from the government and earmarked EUR1.1 billion to build Europe’s largest wind farm in Dobrogea (SE Romania), is launching a new project on the local market, the biggest since its arrival.
