EC: Energy Contracts Between Hidroelectrica And Certain Customers Did Not Involve State Aid

The European Commission has concluded, following an in-depth investigation, that electricity supply contracts signed by Romanian state-owned electricity generator Hidroelectrica with certain electricity traders and industrial customers did not involve state aid within the meaning of the EU rules.
