EC: Romania's CE Hunedoara Must Pay Back EUR60M Incompatible State Aid

The European Commission has found that energy producer Complexul Energetic Hunedoara (CE Hunedoara) received around EUR60 million of incompatible state aid from Romania through four publicly financed loans, which the state must now recover.
