Economy Ministry Asks Transgaz To Transfer Dividends Of Over RON170M To State Budget

The Economy Ministry has asked natural gas transmission company Transgaz to summon the Ordinary General Assembly to approve the distribution as dividends of RON171 million from existing amounts, according to a document sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE).
