ELCEN Completes Assets Transfer Ahead Of Merger With RADET

The splitting of state-run electricity and thermal power producer Electrocentrale Bucuresti (ELCEN) was completed Tuesday, after part of the assets were transferred to two newly-established companies, Electrocentrale Constanta and Electrocentrale Titan.
