Electrica Acquires Stanesti Solar Farm in Southern Romania

Electrica Furnizare S.A., part of state-owned utility group Electrica, said Tuesday it has signed a share purchase agreement with Raylexo Limited and Long Bridge Management for the acquisition of all shares in Long Bridge Milenium which owns Stanesti Photovoltaic Farm in Giurgiu county.
