Electrica Buys Stanesti Solar Farm in Southern Romania for EUR1.6M

Electrica Furnizare S.A., part of state-owned utility group Electrica, said said Monday it has completed the acquisition of Stanesti Photovoltaic Farm in Giurgiu county from Raylexo Limited and Long Bridge Management si Administrare SRL.
