Electrica Says Employees Could Pay EUR200M For 10% Stakes In Enel, E.ON Units

Romanian state-run energy company Electrica estimates revenues of at least EUR200 million from the sale of minority stakes in the local units of Italy’s Enel and German E.ON to the employees associations.
