Electrica To Sell Remaining Stakes In Enel Muntenia Units

State-run energy company Electrica plans to sell its remaining shares in power distributors Enel Energie Muntenia and Enel Distributie Muntenia and will ask Italy’s Enel to present an offer in the second half of 2011, an official of Electrica said Monday.
