KazMunayGas Could Use International Arbitration To Defend Its Rights And Obtain Compensation

KazMunayGas will use all legal means to defend its rights and obtain compensation, including international arbitration, as it believes that Romanian authorities plan to seize and nationalize $2.1 billion assets, the company said in a statement Wednesday.
