Lukoil Seeks Extension On Black Sea Perimeter Exploration Lease

Lukoil has asked the Romanian Mineral Resources Agency (ANRM) for a six-month extension, until May 2015, on the exploration of a Black Sea block, citing delays due to the late arrival of a drilling platform and the accumulation of "potentially dangerous" gases in the drilling area.
