MOL Loses Antitrust Suit But Gets Fine Reduced

Romania's High Court of Justice ruled irrevocably that oil group MOL breached antitrust regulations and agreed with competitors to take a type of fuel off the market but reduced the company's antitrust fine to RON64.2 million from RON80.2 million.
