MOL Paid EUR50M For Remaining Agip Gas Stations In Romania

The first half report of Hungary’s MOL shows it paid HUF15.5 billion (about EUR50 million) for the 42 Agip gas stations Italy’s ENI still had in Romania. The acquisition of the Agip gas stations by MOL was the most important deal on the local oil market in 2014.
