Negotiations Between CEFC, KazMunayGas On Buying 51% Stake In KMG International Reach Final Stage

The negotiations between the National Company KazMunayGas of Kazakhstan (KMG NC) and Chinese company CEFC (China Energy Company Limited) for the transaction of buying a 51% stake in KMG International NV have reached the final stage, KMG International NV, the major shareholder of Rompetrol Rafinare, said in a statement to Bucharest Stock Exchange Thursday.
