OMV Petrom Marketing’s Capital Slashed By RON735.2M

Romania’s leading oil company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) will lower the share capital of its retail division OMV Petrom Marketing by 735.2 million lei (EUR171.6 million) to RON245 million, the company said in a statement Tuesday.
