OMV Petrom To Pay Up To RON31,100 Per Laid Off Employee

Romanian oil company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) will pay compensation between 18,360 lei (EUR4,400) and RON31,100 for employees laid off, according to the public offering prospectus written as the government sells a 9.84% stake in the company.
