Crude oil decline to some $80 a barrel puts pressure on investments and authorities must be very careful when it comes to levying taxes in the oil industry, said Gabriel Selischi, responsible for exploration and production operations at Romania's leading oil and gas company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO).
