Romanian Petrolexportimport Expects RON0.5M Loss In 2011

Romanian fuel distributor Petrolexportimport Bucharest (PEI.RO) on Monday said it expects to narrow its net loss to 520,000 lei (some EUR128,000) this year, from RON1.5 million in 2010.

Revenue is seen up 19.5% on the year, to RON443.3 million, while expenditure is expected to widen by 19.2%, to RON443.8 million.

The company is 76.7% owned by Laird Resources, registered in the British Virgin Islands.

Petrolexportimport shares were trading mid-Monday at RON18.35, down 0.05% on the day. (EUR1=RON4.0744)
