Rompetrol, ENI Lose Antitrust Suit, Get Fine Reduced

Romania's High Court of Justice ruled irrevocably that oil companies Rompetrol and ENI Romania breached antitrust regulations by agreeing with competitors to take a type of fuel off the market, but reduced the companies’ antitrust fine from 2.6% to 2% of 2010 sales.
