Rompetrol Has Cleared Its Debt To Romania, Buyback Pending

Rompetrol has extinguished any debt owed to Romania last year and it is currently under negotiations to buy out the government from Rompetrol Rafinare's (RRC.RO) shareholding structure, the oil group's chief financial officer Dimitri Grigoriev told a news conference Tuesday.
