Rompetrol Rafinare GM Arman Kairdenov Named Head Of Kazakh Refinery

Arman Kairdenov, general manager of Romanian oil refinery Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC.RO), has been appointed head of refinery Atyrau in Kazakhstan, and has been replaced by Sorin Graure, who will run the Romanian company in an interim capacity.
