Tinmar Ind, the largest private electricity trader in Romania, owned by businessman Augustin Oancea, signed a one-year contract with ArcelorMittal Galati, the second largest energy consumer in Romania, as the steelmaker in April unilaterally terminated the supply contract with Nuclearelectrica, one of the cheapest energy producers in Romania.
