Transelectrica Pays RON361M For Grid Works, Maintenance

Romanian state-run power grid operator Transelectrica (TEL.RO) will pay 361.3 million lei (EUR82.2 million) to its unit Smart SA for works and maintenance services at its electric installations, the company said in a statement Wednesday.
