Transelectrica To Pay RON205.5M Dividends For 2014, Up 25.8% On Year

Romanian state-owned power grid operator Transelectrica (TEL.RO) proposes dividends of RON205.5 million (EUR46.7 million) this year, representing 75% of the last year’s accounting profit left after deducting the profit tax, covering the legal reserve and other law-required distributions.
