Investors in wind and solar energy are drawn into the race of green energy, the hottest sector of the moment by something that acts as a magnet: the aid that the Romanian state provides through the green certificates. On the other hand, however, the state has not set itself any limit up to which it will support these investments, although all subsidies will be reflected in bills.
