Winstar Could Start Commercial Exploitation At Satu Mare Concession

Serinus Energy, owner of oil company Winstar Satu Mare, said it could start commercial exploitation at Moftinu-1001 well in Satu Mare concession, after tests identified a gas deposit of almost 481.4 million cubic meters.
