Winstar Owner Borrows EUR10M From EBRD To Fund Romanian Operations

Serinus Energy, owner of oil company Winstar Satu Mare, borrowed EUR10 million from European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to fund its operations in Romania, the company said in a statement.
