Eximbank Hires J.P. Morgan To Assist In Its Attempt To Buy Banca Romaneasca

State-run Eximbank has hired the investment bankers of J.P. Morgan, US largest financial group, to assist it in the attempt to buy Banca Romaneasca, banking market sources say. Its team also includes PwC.
